1, when hanging gear, can not smoothly enter gear.
The reasons are:
(1) The pressure valve pressure is too low;
(2) The hydraulic pump is not working well and the seal is not good;
(3) The hydraulic pipeline is blocked;
(4) The clutch sealing ring is damaged and leaked;
(5) The stop valve stem is not in place.
2. When the gearbox changes speed, the gear can not be removed. The reasons are:
(1) piston ring expansion dead;
(2) The clutch friction plate is burned;
(3) clutch return spring failure or damage;
(4) The return pipeline is blocked.
3, has been put in gear, but the loader is weak and can not even walk.
The reasons are:
(1) The friction plate is seriously worn and the gap is too large;
(2) The clutch automatic emptying valve is not tightly sealed, causing the pressure to drop;
(3) The shift control valve pipeline is blocked;
(4) The cut-off valve cannot be returned;
(5) The positioning spring of the speed change valve is tired or broken, and the steel ball is jumping;
(6) The clutch piston ring, the seal ring wear seriously, so that the leakage is serious.
4, the control pressure is too low.
The reasons are:
(1) Insufficient oil in the gearbox oil pan;
(2) oil leakage in the main oil passage;
(3) The transmission filter is blocked;
(4) The steering pump (or hydraulic pump) is damaged, causing serious internal leakage;
(5) Improper adjustment of the pressure regulator of the gearbox;
(6) Suspension pressure valve spring failure or break.
5, automatic transmission out of gear or chaos.
The reasons are:
(1) The positioning device of the shift control valve fails, and the main reason for the failure is that the positioning steel ball is seriously worn or the spring fails; (2) Due to long-term use of the shift joystick, the position and length of the rod change, and the proportion of the rod is inaccurate, which causes the deviation of the operating position, resulting in dislocation.
