1. Check air conditioning pipes and other devices regularly
2. Regular maintenance of air conditioning
(1) Check whether the refrigerant and compressor operate normally every month;
(2) Every six months to check the refrigeration tube, condenser heat sink, electromagnetic clutch, wires, connectors and control switches are abnormal;
(3) Every year to check the joint, drying cylinder, air conditioning host, car body and air conditioning seal, belt and tightness, fixed bracket installation is abnormal.
3. Troubleshooting common faults
(1) Intermittent refrigeration work: replace the drying cylinder, re-vacuum, add refrigerant, repair or replace the temperature sensor, check the maintenance ground wire, control switches and relays;
(2) Noise increase: adjust or replace the belt, compressor support, evaporation fan wind wheel, repair or replace the clutch, compressor;
(3) Insufficient heating: check the damper to remove foreign matter and open the air conditioner after the engine cooling water temperature rises; Repair or replace piping;
(4) No refrigeration: check the blower and compressor, both of which are normal to check the refrigerant condition, more and less fill, abnormal to check whether the parts of its equipment are damaged;
(5) The refrigeration effect is not good: check the air volume of the blower and evaporator, clean, repair or replace the condenser fan, adjust the refrigerant dose or belt, replace the new filter, remove the blockage, stop the defrosting, clean the condenser heat sink.
